I am Georgios Antikatzidis, an enterprise architect. I have spent twenty five years building systems for financial services, backend by trade and self-taught at the front. These days I work on applied AI systems: agentic systems that do real operational work while every number stays deterministic and traceable.
The thesis that runs through everything here is simple to state. Keep the model out of the truth path. Let agents plan, retrieve, explain and operate, and let a governed, deterministic core hold every figure and every fact. The writing works that thesis out in public. The built work applies it.
The name
Antikas has been my handle since my first years online. It was my Slashdot handle and my first email address. It is also older than any of that. Antikatzidis means the son of Antikas, and the first Antikas in our line was Yamgos Antikas, my great grandfather. His statue stands in the central square of Xanthi, in northern Greece, where he was killed during the Bulgarian occupation of the city in the Balkan wars.
My father took the name back when he retired. He publishes as Theo G. Antikas, and his team spent years reading the bones from the royal tombs at Vergina. This site is the third generation of work published under the name.
